ORDER ON DEFENDANT EPSTEIN'S MOTION FOR SANCTIONS AGAINST SPENCER KUVIN, ESQ. AND ALTERNATIVE MOTION TO IDENTIFY THIS CAUSE came before the Court on Defendant, Jeffrey Epstein's Motion for Sanctions Against Spencer Kuvin, Esq. and Alternative Motion to Identify, and the Court having heard argument of counsel and being fully advised in these premises, it is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion is hereby denied. However, the court directs that in this case and any state court companion case involving an individual who has sued Mr. Epstein based on allegations of a sexual assault that the actual video (and any copies thereof) of any party or witness deposed shall be only made available to the attorneys in the specific case (or who were present for the deposition), the parties and their experts absent an order allowing further distribution. Any attorney involved in an Epstein related case (State or Federal) may obtain a copy of a video deposition if that attorney agrees to be bound by this Order. The current companion cases are: L.M. v.
