The accessory structures could only be built if they were tied to a residence. I don't necessarily believe in that interpretation, but the only way to fight it is in BLUA. That meant we had to add a cottage on C-1 to be able to build a tennis court. A cottage was not required for Remainder A, but Anna showed me an image of one by the pool area we were planning and it made sense to put it in now, as JP would likely not allow another minor permit. It is the addition of the cottages that requires all of the additional information CZM wants, particularly the sewage treatment plant and the foundation plan.
