This is the same rhetoric Gulfstream has preached staring with the GV as they tried to (with a measure of success) to influence their customers- essentially claiming an unofficial monopoly- unfair trade. After some time (about a year or so), the industry got wise and identified the loop hole work around. It was only about the seating as they devised a clever scheme with their seating vendor.
