She warned that the Kremlin is using the internet to foment trouble, fanning the flames of nationalism and populism, with the aim of breaking up the European Union and Nato. The threat of cyber warfare is not only coming from Russia. Just this week Iran was blamed for a 'brute force' cyber attack on Parliament that compromised MP's email accounts. And then there's terrorism: Isis are becoming ever more proficient at weaponising the internet in their propaganda war against the infidel.
