And as the saying goes, 'failure is an orphan and success has a thousand fathers", so of course there are many claiming part of this weekend's success in Tripoli. With this said, our connects in the TNC and in Libya are the same. The TNC is and will continue to hold power after making a few changes. He also represents the western mountain region where all the attack on Tripoli and surroundings tool place from and includes the capital. Mr Hshad is a part of the group who is chosing the interim mayor of the entire Tripoli region, which has the capital and 1/2 of the population of Libya.
