Next competition is in a month, but we don't have enough skilled people - it is going to be quite challenging. 2. I recently settled on a business idea. I currently in process of validating it. I think I can work during the day as a software engineer and take care of the "business" after work. It's a stepping stone in my entrepreneurial carrier. It doesn't require startup capital or skilled team members. But it requires some leg work. The idea is not new and already exists on a market but I will figure out how to be different, better and take over niche that is sti
