She wants to design, not really sell, but assuming we can get her over that hurdle we will need a fair amount of training to get her ready. I can see her as a showroom assistant where she is learning the business while assisting our sales team, and once up to speed on the product can sell on her own. At that point she may be able to get out of the showroom and start making client calls. She, for her part, did not show any inclination to want to do any of this. She was thinking this was some type of design role, and while our team does some of that, it is only in conjunction with selling product.
