Depending which ISP proposal you wish to move forward on, you now have with this proposal (and one from Hughes for ISP) all proposals (with Advanced Communications) to install all aspects of the internet you need for ZR. This proposal attached is from a company named Higher Speed Internet (HSI) for the ISP provider for Zorro Ranch. I believe you have dealt with this company before. This is an option to the proposal from Hughes which Brice says you and RK have and have reviewed. Brice has not moved forward on Hughes since he believes this is better. Richard Boltz of Advanced Communications has spoken with the President of HSI, Steve Grabiel, to verify that he understands what ZR needs and what HSI can deliver- see atached. Brice had Grabiel break everything down per RK's requirements in the attached proposal. ZR would install any poles required. Note: This proposal is good only through 10/19 - because of weather and personal committments of Grabiel. Brices notes below. Brices Notes: "15 Meg will be the Max service, note Richard B comment equipment rated for 25 miles, we are 32 miles It still will be better service than Hughes net HSI did propose at one point, 10,000 build out to lay cable from there building to ours on crest therefore Hughes Net was contacted. This was forwarded to Rich K and he may get confused with this offer and HSI last proposal. Richard B did have concerns about this provision/Steven, but looks like we have only 2 options here HSI service will be coming from there tower on Sandia Crest to a new dish on the Ranch Service is for Data/Int
