USDA endorsement is not required if entering from the United States. • An Import Permit is required to import birds, ferrets or any other animal other than a dog or cat. Inspection: All domestic dogs and cats must be free of evidence of disease communicable to humans when examined at the port of entry to the US VIrgin Islands.
