The scope of work shall consist of two Phases. Phase I will consist of the Conceptual Design of a pool house of 3000 interior square feet, 3000 square feet of exterior covered deck and a pool. Phase 2 will be the Design Phase, Construction Documents Phase and Construction Phase of a pool house of 3000 interior square feet, 3000 square feet of exterior covered decks and a pool. All accessory structures are excluded from this contract. The Owner and Architect agree as follows.
