Indyke, PLLC has engaged Interfor, Inc. ("Interior") to perform research and investigative services in connection with the above referenced matter. This letter shall confirm the agreement between Darren K. Indyke, PLLC and Interior, pursuant to which Interior will perform research and investigative services for Darren K. Indyke, PLLC, the scope of such services and the terms and conditions on which the services are to be provided.
