ORDER THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Plaintiffs' Motion for Order Directing the United States Attorney's Office Not to Withhold Relevant Evidence (DE 50). On September 26, 2011, the Court entered an Order that, among other actions, "permitted Plaintiffs the opportunity to conduct limited discovery in the form of document requests and requests for admissions from the U.S. Attorney's Office." DE 99 at 11. The Court reserved ruling on the present Motion because of the limited discovery allowed. After carefully reviewing the record, it is hereby: ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiffs' Motion for Order Directing the United States Attorney's Office Not to Withhold Relevant Evidence (DE 50) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
