Note: Use the MEMO FIELD in Open Table to indicate these guests preferences re: sitting, eating, drinking, etc. Hire servers for café. You need to be overstaffed. Now to be properly staffed in April Manager and Chef Notes: a) VIP: Review coat check side duties w/ coat check workers (attached). b) Chefs: Confirm you have a complete set of oyster tags for display. Confirm all oysters for month are in index. c) Mgr advise porters/dishwashers: When the temperature drops below 35*F, do not wash the sidewalk. If sidewalk must be cleaned, spot clean where required and use rock salt immediately. d) Change flower decorations to branch type in vases.
