In order to avoid further misunderstandings similar to that which was related in our March 15 letter, we asked that Private Aircraft Support provide JEGE, LLC's Chief Pilot, Lawrence Visoski ("Visoski"), with a standing letter from DHS, addressed to each of the CBP offices in Teterboro, West Palm Beach and St. Thomas, specifying the exact clearance and arrival requirements, including a description of all required filings and documentation, for private aircraft travel between the continental United States and the United States Virgin Islands, as well as for private aircraft arriving at each of those ports from locations outside the jurisdiction of the United States.
