I am over eighteen (18) years old and have personal knowledge of the facts stated herein. 2. 1 am not a party to this case. 3. I am a legal resident of the United States Virgin Islands and have been for many years. 4. I own vacation homes in France, New Mexico, New York, and Florida, but my actual, permanent residence and domicile is in the United States Virgin Islands. 5. Both my Drivers' License and my Voter Registration cards, copies of which are attached to my Motion, are current and valid. They were issued by, and list, the United States Virgin Islands as my legal permanent residence. 6. I was not a resident of Palm Beach County on September 1, 2015, nor did I have any intention of making it my domicile as of that date. 7.
