Thus far we have located two viable routes between LSJ and GSJ and two viable routes between GSJ and the island of St. Thomas and a brief report has been prepared in that regard. We are going to check one final potential route this week and will be making a decision on what route will be pursued after meeting with VIWAPA and discussion with Mr. Epstein. Cables have a small footprint and I am making sure we stay away from ESA corals to the greatest extent possible. Because of the shallowness between GSJ and LSJ the agencies will expect us to survey and route the entire length. Once permitted and installed we will be required to monitor the cable for the first several years to look at impact. Approach We have completed most of the preliminary siting survey for the new cable landing. We are going to look at one more potential site and will be meeting with Clinton Hedrington of VIWAPA this week to work out their requirements and will be working with Mr. Epstein to select the preferred route. Once we have determined location and preliminary designs we should attend an Interagency Meeting with the U.S. COE in San Juan and a Pre-application meeting with CZM so that we can determine their issues and concerns. Then we need to complete the environmental studies and prepare the permit documents and then work through the review process with the agencies. As you are aware the CZM process is going to require a public hearing, a decisional hearing and a s
