I am over eighteen (18) years old and have personal knowledge of the facts stated herein. 2. 1 am not a party to this case. 3. I am a legal resident of the United States Virgin Islands and have been for many years. 4. I own vacation homes in France, New Mexico, New York, and Florida, but my actual, permanent residence and domicile is in the United States Virgin Islands. 5. I was not a resident of Palm Beach County on September 1, 2015, nor did I have any intention of making it my domicile as of that date. 6. I traveled to Palm Beach County, Florida at that time solely because I was under a Court Order, demanded by Edwards, to appear personally at mediation, in a case in which I was the prevailing party, regarding the amount of costs and attorneys' fees that Edwards would pay to me.
