I MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF THIS COURT'S ORDER DENYING NON- PARTY JEFFREY EPSTEIN'S MOTION TO OUASH SUBPOENA Jeffrey Epstein (hereinafter "Epstein"), a non-party to this action, by and through his undersigned counsel and pursuant to Rule 1.530 of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, hereby moves this Court for Reconsideration regarding its not yet final ruling' denying Epstein's Motion to Quash the Subpoena Duces Tecum issued by Plaintiff that was improperly served upon Epstein. As grounds therefor, Epstein states: INTRODUCTION The Plaintiff, Bradley J. Edwards ("Edwards"), and Epstein are involved in a separate and distinct lawsuit from the case at hand in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Palm Beach County, Florida ("Epstein v. Edwards"); a case that began between the parties in 2009. Epstein was the prevailing party, and the court made a determination that Epstein was entitled to his attorneys' fees and costs. The court then ordered the parties to attend mediation on the issues of This Court sent an electronic communication to the parties of its intent to deny Epstein's Motion on the ground of Insufficient Evidence of Non-Residency, but to date this Order is not formally entered.
