Additionally, the height to the top of the ann of the chair is 22", so you'll need 22.5" - 23" to have the chairs slide easily in and out underneath. It appears as the table would fit no problem. Would look great too... See attached pictures with existing table. You would have essentially 8" on either side of the table between the rug and the fireplace.
