The truth often hurts but it is the only way to improvement. I did go with the assumptions of what you explained in your reasons for your toughness.. If he decides to work hard he can be very good. Neither you or I can do it for him. I think Ty was a bit surprised with the evaluations but I said Ty, you are a pretty solid B team player. If you are A team player you are going to get schooled if you do not get better and play hard all the time. Ty did see some teammates at football last night and I think he was happy to hear that their evaluations were equally stringent. I told him coach Rump's job is to get you guys to the next level.
