I'm assuming that the November 2016 leak to which you refer is the one that emanated from the roof. As you pointed out, this is a NEW leak which none of us knew about. In just speaking with Daphne, she said that she has asked you post roof leak if everything is ok with the hanger and she has not received a response. Given your non response, it was safe to assume that all was well since, for the most part, we only hear from you when there is a problem, such as today.
