Too many brokers with not enough order flow. I like the team but when you have a firm of 16 you have all types. No bad folks but just guys who always think they are under paid for what they do. Guys who have no real risk on the table in the sense of funding the business but want to get paid more. And no one ever understands what things like rent, Health and dental, technology expenses and so forth cost. And if there is a profit you know who wants to get paid first, Uncle Sam and is little brother the State of Connecticut. I wake up many nights in a puddle of sweat. But the good news is I have saved my money and when all is said and done if I am with Ty and I am happy no matter where I am. I do not understand people like you describe at GE. Life is too short to be a dick but people get desperate or it is all they know. Life is also too short to stay with a firm like that I am glad you left. I agree, there is no game more exciting to watch than the ones Ty is in for me or Zack for you. I really hope that I can keep coaching as he grows up. I love also that he and I have a goal that is the same. That is great to hear about Zack and track. Wow the 800 is a tough race. What grade is he in and what is his 800 time? does he run the 400 also. 800 is a good race for him. He could run in college and get some money and help him get into a better school. Ty is good at all the sports he plays. Although he was only going into 2nd grade last year he was asked to try out for the 3rd grade travel soccer team. There are three teams and he made the top team for New Canaan and ended the season as the second highest scorer. I do not think he was the second best player but probably Stn out of 14 or so.
