Depending which ISP proposal you wish to move forward on, you now have with this proposal (and one from Hughes for ISP) all proposals (with Advanced Communications) to install all aspects of the intemet you need for ZR. This proposal attached is from a company named Higher Speed Internet (HSI) for the ISP provider for Zorro Ranch. I believe you have dealt with this company before. This is an option to the proposal from Hughes which Brice says you and RK have and have reviewed. Brice has not moved forward on Hughes since he believes this is better. Richard Boltz of Advanced Communications has spoken with the President of HSI, Steve Grabiel, to verify that he understands what ZR needs and what HSI can deliver- see atached. Brice had Grabiel break everything down per RK's requirements in the attached proposal. ZR would install any poles required. Note: This proposal is good only through 10/19 - because of weather and personal commit t en ts of Grabiel. Brices notes below.
