I just left you a voicemail but wanted to follow up with an email. Jeffrey is wondering if there has been any progress you can report regarding his genome. Might you be able to provide any details? Thank you, Lesley Assistant t ffrey Epstein On Aug 1, 2013, at 9:50 AM, Joseph Thakuria > wrote: My pleasure, Lesley. Give him my regards. Those cell lines are now stored in liquid nitrogen and slated for iPS cell line ("adult stem cells") creation. Essentially, this process requires several culture passages, and reiteration of picking out the right colony for further passages. Success rate of generating iPS cells is relatively high now but the process still takes several months. On the DNA side of things, I'm working on getting Jeffrey's sample into the current queue. If it makes it, we're probably looking at about 2 months turnaround time until whole genome data. Let me know if I can help with other questions. Best, Joe Joseph V.
