From: Lesley Groff To: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> Subject: Fwd: Vesselon Overview Documents Date: Mon, 11 Aug 2014 11:49:42 +0000 Sent from my iPhone Begin forwarded message: From: "Don Spongberg" < Date: August 8, 2014, 12:03:45 PM EDT To: Subject: Vesselon Overview Documents Reply-To: "Don Spongberg" Dear Jeffrey, I am pleased to present the market collateral for Vesselon, Inc. • Executive Overview • One Page Overview • Investor Presentation Vessebn is a development stage company that is developing and will seek to market the world's first portable devices for the immediate treatment of ischemic stroke — the most common type of stroke, which occurs when a blood vessel supplying blood to the brain is blocked by a blood clot. Vessebn believes their potential device, which can be compared to an automated external defibrillator ("AED") for stroke, is distinct from all current or experimental therapies. Their noninvasive device is aimed to treat ischemic stroke victims by working to dissolve blood clots before or as victims arrive at a hospital - critical because minutes matter to save lives. Prolonged delay in restoring blood flow to affected areas of the brain after an ischemic stroke may result in severe or permanent incapacitation, paralysis, loss of speech or cognitive function. Just as AEDs now save cardiac arrest patients' lives, Vesselon believes their proposed immediate ischemic stroke treatment device has the potential to save lives, improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs. I look forward to speaking with you further about the Vesselon opportunity. I will be pleased to provide you with a copy of the confidential Private Placement Memorandum upon request. EFTA00365543
