Molyneux Studio, Ltd. as a party to this action in order to correct clear error and prevent manifest injustice. In support of this motion, Plaintiffs rely upon the memorandum of law submitted simultaneously with this motion, affidavit of Attorney Denise Francois, and the pleadings, exhibits and papers on file in this matter. Based on the forgoing, Plaintiffs respectfully request that this Court grant their motion for reconsideration and amend the Order entered on May 24, 2011 to the extent that it requires Plaintiffs to add J.
