Epstein is the President of Southern Trust Company, Inc., an international financial consulting firm, and travels internationally with great frequency. As a consequence, his passport is with him when he travels abroad, and he cannot obtain visas for the trips that are planned while he is out of the country, which causes undue hardships and much inconvenience. In addition, he is frequently required on extremely short notice to schedule international trips with itineraries to multiple destinations requiring him to obtain multiple visas at the same time, which is simply not possible on such short notice without a second passport.
