In Defence Police Officers claims / statements I state within my statement that I was walking along the footpath and pulled from that footpath by the officers parked within the McDonalds footpath. At no time was I followed down the footpath by police officers. Their vehicle was parked facing the main road in McDonalds footpath as I walked past, quietly walking home. Two cars were parked either side of the police vehicle - the witness was on the left hand side sitting in the parked car - the other parked car was vacant / customers of McDonalds I heard a loud voice come from the parked police vehicles radio saying "Grab her", as I walked past. There were two police officers that arrested me, not 4 as police stated and claim. No other police vehicles or officers were in the vicinity of the McDonalds carpark area. Falsified statements - Officer - Not present - Connection to Michael Fetherstonhaugh, SA Government, Medical Business Plan and Paul Gardner - Family relations - sexual targeting and threatening behaviour of Prostitution and harassment / phone records of constant contact established in count 1, Officer Witnesses - Police statements Police state that numerous witnesses were trying to calm me down - where are their statements to this arrest occurring involving 4 officers - where is the statement of the witness they claim to have spoken to Scott Trevithick, who they claim is known to police. I state within my statement that I was drinking with a younger man at the Central Hotel before this occurred and he was the witness sitting in the parked vehicle next to the parked Police vehicle and wanted to give a statement on my behalf but was refused by the police officers who proceeded to say and threaten " Stay out of this or you will be next " / I am unclear of this mans name but I could identify him by sight - This man was not a resident of Port Pirie but rather a visitor to the region and was not known by police.
