As of this particular moment, he has convinced Judge Cassell that the only thing they should file today is the response to the order to show cause. They will cool off tomorrow, get together dates when Judge Cassell can come to the District to meet, and will give us dates on Friday. I know Willy will be up here on Friday before I leave on vacation (since I had to write part of his speech!), anand I can show him the documents that we have in storage here on the Epstein matter and maybe we can do another conference call as a group?
