The information that I have received is that a hearing will occur before Judge Jeffrey Colbath at 10:40 a.m. on June 10, 2009, at the Palm Beach County Courthouse. In accordance with the terms of that Agreement, I am notifying you of this development. The motion was filed in the matter of State of Florida' Jeffrey Epstein.
