FBI --- UNCLASSIFIEDUFOUO Date: Tue, 29 Oct 2019 10:57:49 +0000 Importance: Normal Classification: UNCLASSIFIED//FOUO TRANSITORY RECORD Good Morning IM We are still rolling through this FOIA litigation on Jeffrey Epstein, and have been withholding everything in full b7A, per our last correspondence. We wanted to reach out regarding the status of the investigation. I realize this may be a tough ask (and there isn't a crystal ball to look into), but do you foresee this investigation will be ongoing for an extended period of time? Reason I am asking is we have roughly 8-9 months of material left to "process", but if there is a chance the investigation will close before then, we will look into a way for us to expedite our litigation so we won't have to go back through everything and re-process. Can you advise on the status of the investigation and if you foresee this will be ongoing for another 8-9+ months. Thanks and feel free to call with any questions LSU/RIDS/IMD— FBI / FF-03 From: (NY) (FBI) Sent: Monday, August 19, 2019 4:17 PM To: @fbi.sgov.gov> Subject: RE: [IN LITIGATION] Jeffrey Epstein FOIA Litigation - 17-cv-3956: Radar Online v. FBI --- UNCLASSIFIED//FOUO Classification: UNCLASSIFIED//FOUO TRANSITORY RECORD Hi I= Thanks for reaching out. Because our case is linked to the Miami case and our case is still pending further investigation, any information released could harm our ongoing investigation. Respectively, we'd request that you withhold all material per Exemption b7A. EFTA00173703
