I corrected the information that was inadvertently switched in "stayed" section of the last status update creating some confusion. In sum, stays have been granted on 8 litigations. 3 additional Motions to Stay are still pending. The NDCA denied a Motion to Stay in one of the litigations as premature while the NDIL issued a standing order staying all civil cases in which the US Attorney's Office has appeared as counsel of record.
