JA only shown the message pad form that set of three with the earliest dates, dating back to 2002. o JA recognized as one of the message books that JE's employees would take messages into. JA confirmed that employees would write the messages at or near the time of the phone calls they received, that writing the messages were kept in course of regularly conducted activity as employee of JE, and that maintaining the messages was a regular practice of that activity. o JA recognized his own handwriting and his wife's handwriting on various pages of the message book: ■ Page I, top two and bottom right were JA handwriting ■ Page 2, top left was JA's wife; top right and both bottom were JA ■ Page 3, top left was JA's wife; both bottom were JA; DNR top right ■ Page 4, top half of both top were JA's handwriting, but bottom half of those two messages weren't his handwriting; both bottom were JA ■ Page 5, top left and bottom left were JA's wife, top right and bottom right were JA • Page 6, top half of top left was JA's wife, but DNR bottom half of that message; top right and bottom right both JA; DNR bottom left • Page 7, top left was JA; top half of top right is JA's handwriting, and JA believes the rest of the handwriting on this message may be GM's; DNR bottom left • Page 8, top left was JA; DNR remaining messages on this page • Pages 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13: DNR messages on these pages.
