If the site I've linked below is to be believed, this yacht is RMI flagged and spend most of the past year docked in Westhaven, NZ, on the outskirts of Auckland. It may have arrived in Noumea in approximately mid-August 2021, but the tracking data is inconsistent so not sure how much movement there was in and out of Palau. A second site claimed that the ship last arrived in a Palan port on 15 December, where it remains. EFTA00155983
