At 2 different times the suspect and the two kids were seen frolicking/playing and at one point at approx. 3 pm the female child called out Gislain III The first sighting at 2 pm was in the forest area behind a home on the adjacent street Coltrain Drive... in the back forested area . approx. 10 homes down on the south side from the corner of Coltrain Drive and Thornhill Woods Drive .. with the two children ( some homes along the forest lot have backyard gates..) The two children hid from the suspect as if playing hide and seek .. and at approx. 3 pm ran to
