We have previous discussed accompanying me to NY when I have to testify for trial. I am sure you can appreciate that I cannot do this without the aid of a loved one by my side for support. Please can you look at having air flight covered by expenses. I would find it very difficult without him there and your understanding would be greatly appreciated. Has the court date been set yet? Also have you got any ideas on dates when I have to testify. I am prepping my side and if there is anything more I can do to help you, please let me know.
