With that in mind, we propose the following response to question four: As the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York stated on August 10th, the investigation into the conduct charged in the Indictment previously filed against Epstein — which included a conspiracy count — remains ongoing, and any evidence or potential testimony relating to that investigation will be handled by the Department accordingly.
