I explained that T visas are available to victims of sever trafficking who are present in the United States and are cooperating with law enforcement. I told her that there wasn't really anything that we could do at this stage to get into the country, but I told her she could call me if she thought of ways that we could assist (but reiterated that we may not be able to assist, but are available to discuss). I am going to reach out to C-20 to have agents reach out to Jennifer to learn more about the facts of the case and to obtain any materials/evidence that might be helpful.
