There is a one-hour minimum travel charge. The client is responsible for all reasonable' and customary travel expenses, which include but are not limited to: flight/train, hotel, and taxi/rental car. Automobile mileage is billed at the GSA rate. Cancellation Fees A flat rate of $1,500 is incurred when scheduled meetings, depositions, and/or trial dates are cancelled within seven calendar days prior to the event. Bifling Retainer will be applied to final invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Payable to Break the Chain LLC, Federal Tar I.D.
